Manit has a few drawbacks like less financial support from the administration for technical innovation. Many of the institute buildings are old.

The campus is beautiful. All classrooms are equipped with air conditioning facilities and the canteen is excellent. Labs and Research facilities are great.
Negative
Fewer number of core companies visit the college for placements. The basketball court can be improved a little. Mess food is average.
