Positive
The campus is beautiful, good internet, well-maintained hostels. You’ll get some common courses and electives with the CSE (which will help you in your placements). You will have many opportunities to show your talent and achieving. Most of the software companies prefer ECE and CSE branches for placements, so you’ll get an edge over the others here. (EE is also there but some are exclusively for ECE and CSE).
Negative
Lack of teaching interest in most (not all) of the faculty and very old-school teaching and evaluation practices carried out by them. You’ll get to study a lot of theory without any practical-backed understanding and vice-versa.
Also, the lack of industry in this sector in our country forces students to look for a different set of skills to get jobs which ultimately leads to losing his/her interest in the field.
